The Path Beyond the Studio Starts Here
-
Bodha is a sanskrit word meaning knowledge, understanding, awakening. It’s the shift in perception that happens when a practice goes beneath the surface. When you stop doing yoga and start living yoga.
This is what Yoga Bodha is here for.
-
A combination of study and practice. We study to give context to the practices, and practice to embody what we’ve studied.
Elements of:
Haṭha
Tantra
Rāja Yoga and Yoga Sūtras
Sanskrit
And a sprinkling of contemporary science
-
For studio yogis who want more, in a structured way.
No dogma.
Just ancient wisdom, made practical.
The Mission
To bridge the divide between studio practice and a transformational home practice by offering a fuller toolkit of yoga: āsana, breath, meditation, philosophy, and traditional yogic wisdom, taught in a structured, relatable way. No teacher training required.
Hi I’m Victoria,
this is my yoga story
My path from the studio to study and the deeper practices
The Foundation
Yoga Bodha is rooted in more than 25 years of practice and study. I share what I’ve learned with deep respect for the traditions, and gratitude for the teachers who have helped shape my path.
I’m certified as a yoga and meditation teacher in the ISHTA lineage, a synthesis of Haṭha, Tantra, and Āyurveda, with continuing studies in Sanskrit, Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras, Vedic chanting, and Jyotiṣa (Indian astrology).
